What it does

Built for the work, not the busywork.

  1. Talk; it files.

    Voice or text, jotted in a second. The AI reads it and drops it on the right client, as a touchpoint, a task, or a follow-up. No forms, no fields.

  2. A “today” that knows who's waiting.

    Open the app and see the follow-ups and tasks that are actually due. Leads stop going quietly cold.

  3. Proposal to paid, no client login.

    Draft a proposal, turn it into an invoice, and send a pay link your client just clicks. No account, no password. Payments run on Stripe.

  4. Clients ask. You approve.

    Change requests come in through a private link and wait in your queue. Nothing moves until you say so.

  5. It writes like you, and learns every time you edit.

    The assistant drafts messages in your voice. Correct one, and it remembers the correction, whether you're in TapJot or talking to your own AI.
